CARD, Phils. - PAFI was established in 1995 as a non-stock, non-profit organization to run a therapy center which has now grown to be not just as a school but a "one-stop-shop" center which provides various programs and services on autism management. CARD is registered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Department of Education of the Philippines.
